Obituary of Earl Howard Bailey

BAILEY, Earl Howard Age 56 of Elmira, NY. He was born July 5, 1959 in Elmira, son of the late Charles and Edna (Brush) Bailey and passed away Wednesday, July 22, 2015 unexpectedly at home. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his son Martin in 2012. He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Rhoda; son and daughter-in-law Earl R. and Michelle Bailey of Myrtle Beach, SC; grandchildren Skyler, John, Steven and Sarah Marie; siblings Elaine (Jeff) Schmoel of Maytown, PA, John (Julie) Bailey and Michael (Charlene) Bailey both of Elmira, Victoria (William) Covert of Harrisburg, PA along with several nieces and nephews. Earl was a long time truck driver. He worked for many years at Tioga Ready Mix. He collected and repaired antique clocks. Family and friends are invited to visit Walter J. Kent Funeral Home, 858 Lake St. at Washington Ave., Elmira on Saturday, July 25th from 11 am to 1 pm. His funeral and committal services will follow at 1 pm.
