Obituary of Kenneth Dyer

Kenneth L. Dyer Age 74 of Elmira. He was born November 19, 1946 in Elmira, NY, the son of the late Willie Joseph and Faith Ellen (Cooper) Dyer, and passed away peacefully in the evening on Friday April 9th 2021. In addition to his parents Ken was predeceased by his sisters, Connie & Katherine; and his brother Carl. He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Bonnie (Campbell) Dyer; their children Tammy Taft, and Scott (Valerie) Dyer; grandchildren Matthew (Amanda), & Nicholas, and Stephanie (Tanner), & Amber (Connor); with 5 great grandchildren and 1 on the way; along with several nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends. Ken served in the U.S. Army. He went on to work many years as the Head of Maintenance for the Elmira Housing Authority, where he retired in 2003. Private services will be held.
