Obituary of Cathy L. Nelson

NELSON, Cathy L. (Shepard) Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at Elcor Nursing Center. She was born in Union City, PA, daughter of the late Ronald and Virginia (Frost) Shepard. Cathy is survived by her brother Curt T. Shepard; brother-in-law Arthur J. Howe, III; sister and brother-in-law Suzanne and Gary Weeks; children Jason Kaster, Cassondra Hope and William Allen, Jr. along with several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins. Cathy will be laid to rest in Shreve Ridge Cemetery, Lincolnville, Crawford County, PA with her beloved parents.
