Charles Clifford Stepp, Jr. Age 60 of Elmira, NY. He was born October 29, 1960 in Elmira, NY, son of the late Charles and Judith Stepp and passed away Thursday, July 22, 2021 at Upstate Medical Center, Syracuse, NY. He is survived by his two daughters, Crystal Stepp and Cheryl Locke; sisters Lisa Stepp and Christine Reed; nephews Jacob Brewer and John Brewer, Jr.; niece Louise Brewer; two great nephews; & two great nieces. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, August 14th from 2 to 5 pm at the community room at St. Patrick's Apartments, 517 Park Place, Elmira. "We all love and miss you Daddy."
