Obituary of Waneta Borden

Waneta Borden Age 66 of Elmira, NY. She was born June 14, 1955 in Bath, NY, daughter of the late Richard and Anna Campbell and passed away Saturday, July 31, 2021 unexpectedly. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Herbert Borden and companions Carl Craven (2008) and George DeLong (2021). She is survived by her sons William Borden, Artie Askins, Wayne Spangenburg and Wilmont (Willie) Spangenburg; daughter Louella (Ellie) Spangenburg; brother Donald Campbell; close family friend James Craven and many other close family friends. If you knew Waneta, you know she was stubborn and it was her way or the highway!, but also the most helpful, and would go to the end of the world for anyone she cared about. A graveside service in Hilltop Cemetery, Breesport, to be held next week, will be announced.
