Obituary of Nathaum A. White

Nathaum Antonio White, aka Nate, was born on April 6, 1975 to the late Deacon Willie and Mother Mary White. Nate unexpectedly departed his earthly home after an abundant and fulfilled life to go home with the lord and his parents on November 5, 2021 in Elmira, New York. Nate was preceded in death by his siblings Kenneth Greene, Ories White, and Tyrone White. Nate was a member of Open Door Church in Bellport New York as a child and young adult where he served in many capacities. Nate attended Bellport High School in Bellport New York. Nate was and an amazing person who always showed respect to everyone he met. He had an infectious personality that would always make you laugh. Not only did he possess these great traits, but Nate was a talented artist and you could find him drawing something at almost any given time. Nate loved his family and no matter the circumstances he was willing to be there for them. Nate had a strong love and bond with his fiancee Antionette Wiggins that was unmatchable and unshakeable. Nate opened up to her like never before and with that the bond of their love was forever sealed. Nate leaves to cherish his fond memories; his one son, Raymar Garris of Beacon, N.Y. His two daughters Janay (Travis) White of Mansfield, PA and Jasmine Mayfield of Mastic, New York. His fiancee Antoinette Wiggins of Beacon, New York. He is also survived by his siblings Willie Lee (Pamela) Greene, his only sister Arial(Naftal) Abdulmumin and Rodney White all of Elmira, New York. Alphonso (Shannon) Greene and Richard Greene all of Horseheads, New York. Anthony (Valerie) White Sr. of Mastic, New York. Willie White Jr. of Patchogue, New York and Robert White of Yaphank, New York. Grandchildren Jayvon Paul, Jazlyne and Avah Walter of Mansfield, PA and Liliana Hill of Mastic, New York. A host of aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Family and friends are invited to visit His Tabernacle Family Church, 16 Level Acres Dr., Horseheads on Friday, November 19th from 11 am to 12 noon. His funeral service will follow at 12 noon.
