Obituary of Carol Dieterle

Carol A. Dieterle Age 85 of Horseheads, NY. She was born July 20, 1936 in Elmira, NY, the daughter of the late George Francis and Alice Charlotte (Cooper) Dieterle and was peacefully welcomed into the arms of her precious Savior-Jesus Christ peacefully on Wednesday, December 1, 2021. Carol was predeceased by her parents George and Charlotte; her brother James; and sister-in-law Jeannie and Cheryl. She is survived by Her brothers Robert and Mark; along with her sister-in-law Anna; several nieces and nephews; and her beloved friend Avon Palmer. Carol never married or had children, but she was a spiritual mother to scores of children as a Sunday School Teacher at Glad Tidings Church in Elmira Heights (now the Journey Center). She was the glue of her family and loved to have family gatherings. Carol also loved her dogs and was an amazing cook.
