Danielle L. Geissinger, age 57, a longtime resident of Laurens, passed away Wednesday, May 3, 2023 at A.O. Fox Memorial Hospital in Oneonta, New York after a long battle with cancer.

Danielle was born on October 29, 1965 in Amherst, Ohio, to the late Richard Roy and Betty (Campbell) Roy.

She attended Columbus, Ohio University in 1985. In 1987, she was a model for various modeling agencies for several years. From 1999 to 2008, Danielle worked for her husband.

She is survived by her husband of 18 years, Richard; her children Adam (Danielle) Jacoby of N. Lawrence, Ohio, Jennelle Jacoby of Canton, Ohio and Alexandria Geissinger of Laurens, New York; grandchildren Addlyn, Jaxon and Emma; niece Tori Roy of Michigan along with several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Danielle loved children, crafts, and most of all, spending time with her family and friends.

Family and friends are invited to visit the Oneonta Assembly of God Church, 1667 County Highway 48 (Back River Road, RT. 48), Oneonta on Saturday, May 13th from 1 to 2 pm. Her memorial service will follow at 2 pm.
