Amy F. Farnham

Age 81 of Horseheads, NY. She was born November 16, 1942 in Elmira, daughter of the late Raymond and Jenny (Lewis) French and passed away Thursday, July 4, 2024. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Richard G. Farnham; children Richard S. Farnham and Michelle Farnham all of Horseheads, granddog Driver. Amy was a 1964 graduate of the Arnot Ogden School of Nursing. She was employed with the Arnot then took a leave to raise her family. She then was employed with Elcor Nursing Services for 26 years, retiring as Director of Nursing. Private services will take place at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, and because of Amy's love for birds, those wishing may remember her through donations to the National Audubon Society, 225 Varick St., New York, NY 10014 or the Cornell Lab of Ornithology, 159 Sapsucker Woods Rd., Ithaca, NY 14850.
