Age 48, of Elmira, NY, was born on February 15, 1976 in Elmira, the son of Charles and Cornelia (Fitzpatrick) Kunkle. Steven passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 24, 2024 after a long and courageous battle with cancer. He was preceded in death by his mother, Cornelia (Neal) Kunkle. Steven is survived by his loving wife, Mandy; step-children, Alexandra Adams (Harold White) of Elmira, NY; Truman Adams of Kentucky; grandchildren, Reagan and Hudson; father, Charles Kunkle of Furnace, PA; brother, Brett (Stephanie) Kunkle of NC; nephew, Lucas; aunts, Dorothy and Jean; fur babies, "Charlie" and "Maggie"; along with many loving friends and family. Steve was employed by ARC of Chemung-Schuyler as a house manager and loved his work. He was an avid sports enthusiast and loved his teams; the Philadelphia Phillies, the Philadelphia Eagles and the Penn State Nittany Lions.
