Barbara Ann MacClintock

Age 90, of East Meredith, passed away Wednesday November 27, 2024 with her family at her side, after a long battle with cancer. Barbara was born in Toledo, Ohio on July 2, 1934 and moved to East Meredith NY at an early age. Barbara is the oldest of 6 children born to Lenore and Henry Elhermann. After graduating from Delaware Academy, she married Larry R MacClintock who passed away in 1998. Barbara and Larry had 4 children; Steve MacClintock, companion Penny Briggs, Kathy MacClintock Green and husband Bob, Michael MacClintock and wife Hedy and, Julie MacClintock Smith. At Barbara's wishes there will be no funeral services, Barbara will be buried alongside Larry in the East Meredith Cemetery. There will be a celebration of life in the spring (date to be determined). In lieu of flowers any donations in her name should be sent to either the East Meredith Fire Department or the American Cancer Society
