She was born June 17, 1970 in Providence, RI to Glenn and Nancy (Briggs) Noyes and passed away Thursday, November 28, 2024 at Strong Memorial Hospital, Rochester, after a brief illness. She is survived by her husband Jerry Leigers; children Grayson Leigers of Elmira, Ethan Leigers of Boston, MA, Jacob Leigers of Twenty-nine Palms, CA, Samantha Leigers and Alexander Leigers both of Elmira. Linda was employed with the Chemung County Department of Social Services. No services are planned.
