Patricia J. (Robertson) Mawhir

Age 74 of Elmira, NY. She was born March 17, 1950 in Elmira, NY, daughter of the late Francis "Robby" and Rose (Sando) Robertson and passed away Thursday, January 30, 2025 unexpectedly at home. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her sister Sharon Robertson. She is survived by her children Maureen & Thomas Barr of Pine City, Tim & Nicole Mawhir, Mike & Danielle Mawhir all of Elmira Heights; grandchildren Alexandra (Anthony Roman) Barr, Caroline Barr, Jace Barr, Cullen Mawhir, Keagan (Jordan) Mawhir, Bailey Mawhir and Mason Mawhir; great grandson Karter Mawhir; siblings Rose Ann Wylie and Michael (Nancy) Robertson all of Elmira, DeeAnn (Verle) Harper of Elkins, WV along with several nieces and nephews including Joey Robertson, Tina & Dan Wylie. Pat was a communicant of The Most Holy Name of Jesus Parish, growing up at St. Cecilia's Church. She was employed with Sam's Club for 31 years, since they opened. Prior to that, she was employed in her family's business, Robby's Pizza & Subs in Elmira. Pat also volunteered at Eldridge Park. Family and friends are invited to visit Walter J. Kent Funeral Home, 858 Lake St. at Washington Ave., Elmira on Sunday, February 2nd from 2 to 5 pm. Prayers will be offered there on Monday, February 3rd at 9:30 am, followed by her Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am in St. Patrick's Church. Rev. Richard Farrell, Celebrant. Committal prayers and interment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery.
