To Alyce & the entire family our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. I knew Joe for many many years and he was truly one of a kind. Over the last week I've seen a lot of people that knew him friends and coworkers and it was amazing, to see how they described him. It was two words a true gentleman. Heaven just got a great chief and until we meet again rest in peace my friend
