Judy A Knapp Obituary

Judy A. Knapp Age 73 of Veteran, NY, passed away peacefully on September 5, 2025 at home with her loving family by her side. She was born December 17, 1951, daughter to the late Lee Mccann and Faith (Fay) Sisson. Judy is predeceased by her Loving husband Ronald Knapp, her son Ronald Jr., and her son-in-law Ray Hinkle. She is survived by her daughters Patricia (Gilbert) Hill and Jennifer Hinkle, brothers Richard and Leslie Mccann, sisters Karen Marshall and Sherry Dixon, grandchildren Paige (Christopher), Rebecca (Jesse), Gilbert Jr., Megan (Sam), and Matthew, along with 7 beautiful great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

Judy was a kind, giving and beautiful soul. Judy was the puzzle piece that kept the family together. She loved everyone regardless of their faults. She loved to cook her special delicacy of boiled chicken. She loved games and puzzles of all sorts such as crossword puzzles, card games, and her specialty Yahtzee (just don’t be the one to call it first). She loved being home, but when she wasn’t home being the best grandma to her grandchildren and great grandchildren, you could find her with family, friends, or bowling all over. Judy’s brightness that gave light to us all will be sorely missed.

Private services will be held at a later date.
