Raymond George Decker

Age 94, of Elmira, NY. He was born December 26, 1930 in Elmira, son of the late Lacey and Bertha (Hodges) Decker and passed away Tuesday, November 18, 2025. He was predeceased by his wife Marjorie (Barnhart) Decker in 2011. Raymond is survived by his children Rodney Decker of Lockwood, NY, Bonnie (Hans) Grap of VanEtten, NY, Debra (Steven) Tammelin of Lockwood, NY, Teresa Decker of Elmira and Valorie (Toby) Hughes of OK; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; sisters Anna Mitchel of Texas and Alice Moore of N. Carolina. Raymond retired rom Thatcher Glass after 33 years of service. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
