Age 83 of Bentley Creek, PA. She was born March 27, 1942 in Elmira, NY, daughter of the late Bernard and Mickey (Goodrich) Halstead and passed away Thursday, December 4, 2025 unexpectedly at home. Pat was predeceased by her loving husband, Jerry Anthony on December 9, 2024. They were married on October 28, 1961 and had 3 children; Dee Anna Boswell (Marcus), Chris Bennett (Courtney) and Mark Anthony (Tina). "Nena" was the proud grandmother of 12 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren. They were the joys of her life. Pat is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousin, friends and a special godchild Denise (Anthony) Wells. She graduated from SRU High School in 1960 and nursing school in Philadelphia where she earned her LPN degree. She was employed with Gladys Burnham Elementary School as a cafeteria cook, the Red Cross Elmira Chapter and babysat many local children for many years. In her later years, Pat enjoyed spending time with her special domino friends and swimming at the YWCA with her friends. She spent many years as a Deaconess of the Bentley Creek Baptist Church; was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary for Ridgebury, Red Hat Society, Republican Women Association and Election Board. Family and friends are invited to visit Bentley Creek Baptist Church, 13545 Berwick Turnpike, Gillett, PA on Saturday, December 13th from 10 am to 1 pm. Her memorial service will begin at 1 pm. She will be laid to rest next to her husband in Hanlon Hill Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
