age 71 passed away Tuesday, November 18, 2025. He was born April 1, 1954 in Highland Falls, NY, the son of Roy and Claudia (McNeil) Pendleton. He was predeceased by his father. Walter is survived by his mother Claudia Warren of New Windsor, NY, son Anthony Alvarez of Los Angeles, CA and his mother Joanne Alvarez of Kingston, NY; his feline companion Cassie along with many firends and aquantenances in the Elmira Area. Walter was beloved by his community. He was a fixture in downtown Elmira. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, December 13th at 1 pm. in the Park Church, 208 W. Gray St., Elmira. All are welcome.
