Ricky Lee Hall, Sr.

A man of quiet strength and unwavering love, entered eternal rest on Thursday, March 20, 2026 at the age of 65. Born on July 28, 1960, he lived a life rooted in dedication, resilience and deep devotion to his family.

He was, above all, a father, steady, guiding and ever present. His love was not only spoken, but shown in the countless ways he provided, protected and uplifted those he cared for.

Ricky carried a smile that could brighten any day and a hug that felt like home. His laughter, his presence and his quiet reassurance will be deeply missed but never forgotten.

Though he is no longer with us in body, his spirit remains – guiding, watching and loving still.

He was predeceased by his father David Hall, Sr. and brother Eddie Hall. He is survived by his mother Emma Hall; children Latisha Hall, Cassandra Hall, Tashell Hall-Page, Ricky Hall, Jr., Raheim Wallace, Gerald Molina, Javon Hall and Rickel Hall along with a host of grandchildren; spouse Pearl Decker; siblings James Hall, David Hall, Jr., Anthony Hall and Essie Green.

Family and friends are invited to his funeral service, which will be held on Tuesday, April 7th at 1pm. in St. Paul's Missionary Baptist Church, 402 Sullivan St., Elmira. Rev. Johnny Vaughn will officiate. Committal prayers and interment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery.
