Age 69 of Elmira, NY, passed away Tuesday, May 19, 2026. He is survived by his wife Ann; sons Mark and Joseph Velia all of Elmira; grandchildren Xander and Lexi Velia of Elmira, Jax and Phenix of Tenn. Dan retired from Schweizer Aircraft and Trayer Products. He was an Eagle Scout. Dan loved to scroll saw and made many things that he gave away. There will be no calling hours at Dan's request.
