Obituary of Myrtle Stroman

STROMAN, Myrtle Age 93 of Elmira, NY, passed away Thursday, November 23, 2017 unexpectedly at home. She was predeceased by her husband Ceasar Stroman, Sr. and sons Ceasar, Jr. and Raymond. She is survived by her daughter Nancy Brailsford of Owego, NY along with a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren and great, great grandchildren. Mrs. Stroman was an active member of Monumental Baptist Church where she was an usher and an honorary member of the Usher Board. She was employed with the Hobler family in Elmira and then Elmira College. Family and friends are invited to visit Monumental Baptist Church, 308 E. Clinton St., Elmira on Tuesday, November 28th from 10 am to 12 noon. Her funeral service will be held at 12 noon. Rev. James E. Jones will officiate. Committal prayers and interment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery.
