Obituary of Kathleen Bedsworth

BEDSWORTH, Kathleen Age 78 of Horseheads, NY. She was born May 20, 1939 in Corning, NY, daughter of the late Gilbert and Frances (Smithyman) Kennedy and passed away Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at Bethany Manor. She is survived by her daughter Kara Bedsworth of Tampa, FL; sisters and brothers-in-law Elnora Kennedy of Elmira, Sylvia Kennedy of Elmira Heights, Christine and John Stanton of Horseheads; brothers and sisters-in-law Gilbert and Donna Kennedy of Horseheads, Daniel and Lillian Kennedy of AL along with several nieces and nephews. Kathy retired from Corning, Inc. Family and friends are invited to visit Walter J. Kent Funeral Home, 858 Lake St. at Washington Ave., Elmira on Monday, January 22nd from 2 to 4 pm. Her funeral and committal services will follow at 4 pm. Interment will take place in Forest Lawn Memorial Park at the convenience of the family.
