Obituary of Yolanda Ackley

Ackley, Yolanda Gaige (Yodi) age 93 of Fairport NY. She was born July 24,1924in Jobs Corners, PA and passed away peacefully Thursday, May 24, 2018 at Fairport Baptist Home in Fairport NY. She was a long time resident of Pine City, NY before moving to Fairport. She was predeceased by her husband C. Herbert Ackley in 1999. Family and friends are invited to visit Walter J. Kent Funeral Home, 858 Lake St. at Washington Ave., Elmira on Wednesday, May 30th from 1 to 3 pm. Her memorial service will follow at 3 pm. Interment will take place in Jobs Corners Cemetery at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, those wishing may remember Yolanda through donations to any local Hospice organization or to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
