Obituary of Gail H. Legge

Gail H. Legge Age 83 of Elmira Heights, NY. She was born September 30, 1940 in Elmira, daughter of the late Ronald A. and Mary (McElroy) Hawley, Sr. and passed away Saturday, October 7, 2023 unexpectedly. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother Ronald A. Hawley, Jr. Gail is survived by her children Tyler Legge of Elmira Heights, Glenn (Deborah) Legge, Christine (Jason) Glamm both of TX; grandchildren Katrina Keller and Sean Glamm both of TX. Gail graduated from Thomas A. Edison High School in 1958 and still maintains friendships with many of her classmates. She retired from the Elmira City School District; was an avid race car fan; enjoyed watching home renovation shows and was a volunteer at the Elmira Heights Historical Society. Family and friends are invited to her graveside service on Thursday, October 12th at 11 am in Maple Grove Cemetery, 715 W. Broad St., Horseheads.
