Obituary of Jacqueline A. Williams

Jacqueline A. Williams Age 67 of Elmira, NY. She was born August 31, 1956 in Elmira, daughter of the late Dorothy Cheatham and passed away Monday, October 23, 2023 at home after an extended illness. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her sister Margaret (Peggy) Williams and brother Lawrence (Larry) Cheatham. Jacqueline is survived by her loving husband Christopher Williams; children Seleana (Andrew) Williams, Margaret (Jamel Davis) Campbell, Iris Campbell and Marcus (James) Campbell all of Elmira, William (Corrine) Campbell and Cedricka Campbell both of Greensboro, NC; stepson Michael (Yvonne) Vaughan of Kissimmee, FL; sister Cheryl (Fred Reid) Howard of San Diego, CA; brother Lionel (Ann) Cheatham of Elmira; grandchildren Deja Campbell, Jayden Campbell, Antwone Smith-Campbell, Malakai Blair-Campbell, Tyrel Campbell, Leah Davis, Kimariah Reyes and Jasmine Lewis all of Elmira, Rickel Hall, Jadez Campbell, Jahalayzha Campbell and Jaerin Mickens all of Greensboro, NC; great grandchildren Jacqueline and Aamir both of Greensboro, NC, Messiah and A'mai both of Elmira along with a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; special friends Kathleen Scarborough, Annette Wicks, Vera Scharborough, Roosevelt McQueen, Joanne Hargrove and Toni Brooks and a host of friends. Family and friends are invited to visit Monumental Baptist Church, 1009 Maple Ave., Elmira on Friday, October 27th from 12 to 1 pm. Her funeral and committal services will follow at 1 pm. Rev. Corey Cooke will officiate.
