Age 55 of Elmira, NY. She was born February 11, 1964 in Newark, NJ, daughter of the late Charles D. and Desi (Oliver) Randall and passed away Saturday, December 28, 2019 at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center. She was predeceased by her husband Terry Cage in 2017 and is survived by her sons Maurice Artez of Golden Valley, MN and Rayvon Bulter of Bath; sisters Kim Brook of CA, Roxanne Randall of NJ; brothers Charles D. Randall of SC, Hakiem Randall of NJ, Kasiem S. Randall of NC and Duane G. Randall of NY. She will be laid to rest with her husband Terry in Woodlawn National Cemetery.
