Obituary of Betty L. Grover

GROVER, Betty L. Age 70 of Elmira, NY. She was born May 22, 1949 in Elmira, daughter of the late LaVerne and Vivian (Yaple) Beardsley and passed away Tuesday, May 12, 2020 unexpectedly at home. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her sister Ethel and brothers Dick and Elliot Beardsley. Betty is survived by her husband David Grover; sons Todd (Sara) Jayne and Jason Jayne; daughters Lorri Jayne, Michelle Jayne Vough and Jennifer Heasley; sister Doris Peace; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; roommate David Bradley; former husband LeRoy Jaynes. She enjoyed going out to see her son play with his band, The Joey Lee Band, who's band members she loved – Joey Lee Tarby – lead singer, Chuck Heasley – bass, Billy Stout – lead guitar, Eddy Howard – rhythm guitar and Todd Jayne (son) – drums. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
