Billy was a fantastic friend to many! A wonderful brother whether blood or by choice! He had a caring personality he would do anything he could to help those he loved! I knew you for years Billy and you were just a kind loving spirit! Our kids still ask about their uncle Billy..... You will always be loved and remembered to all!!!!!
