He was born March 2, 1952 in Waverly, NY, son of the late Charles and Dorothy (Hollenbeck) Bailey and passed away Monday, December 21, 2020 at Elcor Nursing & Rehabilitation. He is survived by his brothers Frederick Bailey of Horseheads and Rodney Bailey of Van Etten; sister Catherine Bailey of North Lauderdale, FL along with several nieces and nephews. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family
