Obituary of Mary E. Gidney

Gidney, Mary E. Age 84 of Elmira, NY. She was born July 18, 1936 in Bentley Creek, PA, daughter of the late Paul Donald and Gertrude (Tebo) Gidney and passed away Thursday, January 21, 2021 at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center. She is survived by her sister Carol Gidney of Ormond Beach, FL along with many friends and associates. Mary was the managing agent for the Elmira Bus Terminal for 46 years. She attended Hillcrest Baptist Church. Due to the pandemic restrictions, a Celebration of Mary's life will take place at a later date. She will be laid to rest with her family in Glenwood Cemetery, Troy, PA. In lieu of flowers, those wishing may remember Mary through donations to Hillcrest Baptist Church, 115 West Hill Rd., Elmira, NY 14905 or the charity of one's choice.
