Obituary of Howard C. Howland

HOWLAND, Howard C. Age 74 of Elmira, NY. He was born March 26, 1946 in Elmira, son of the late Daniel and Hazel (Smith) Howland and passed away Thursday, March 25, 2021 unexpectedly at home. He is survived by many cousins in the Smith and Panetta families including Rosemary Root of Elmira and Sherry Grover of Towanda, PA. Howard was formerly employed with Westinghouse Corp and retired from Super Duper Grocery Store in Elmira.
