Age 61 of Elmira, NY. He was born June 5, 1960 in Elmira, son of the late Edward and Mary (Croft) Koontz and passed away Sunday, January 2, 2022 unexpectedly at home. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a sister Judy Farrow. Gary is survived by his daughter Stacey Neish of Elmira; grandchildren Dominic, Zander and Raelynn; siblings Betty Koontz of GA, Shirley Fisher of Corning, NY, Donald Koontz of Elmira and Penny Koontz of Elmira along with several nieces and nephews.
