Obituary of James Stephen Hildreth

HILDRETH, James Stephen Age 76 of Chemung, NY. He was born on February 1, 1945 in Elmira, son of the late Lyle and Violet (Buckpitt) Hildreth and passed away Friday, January 21, 2022 unexpectedly. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his in laws Stewart and Helen Terwilliger. Steve is survived by his wife Linda (Terwilliger) Hildreth; sister Janet (Robert) Edmonson of Orleans, MA; 2 nieces, 1 nephew; sister-in-law Ann Terwilliger of Elmira. Steve retired as Director of Weights & Measures with Chemung County. He was an avid outdoorsman. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
