In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his former wife Joyce Horton (Loucks) and his son Aubrey Loucks. Charles is survived by his beloved companion of 25 plus years, Francine Keith; his brother, Warren Loucks (Lois), sister, Marcia Fitzgerald; his sons, Charles (Cheryl) Loucks; Scott Loucks and Anthony Duncan (Keith); his daughters, Kim, Babette, Glenda (Denise) and Ursula Loucks; grandchildren, Torcassa, Jennifer, Quentin, Kelan, Samiah, Jaquan, Cherelle, James, Charles IV and his special niece, Bovan Williams; along with a host of other great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins. Charles was a man of many talents who loved to travel and had roots in Georgia as well as Buffalo. He attended college for a few years before making a career of remodeling homes, in which he was a perfectionist. He dabbed with sculpting and was an artist. Charles was also a longtime member of the ELKS Club, in which he was a Past Exulted Ruler and presently the treasurer. He loved football and was an avid Buffalo Bills fan. Family, friends and others whose lives Frank touched are invited to the Walter J. Kent Funeral Home 858 Lake Street Elmira, NY on Monday, March 7, 2022 at 2:00 pm to grieve and support each other and of course reminisce and just chat.
