Obituary of Gregg H. Mann

Mann, Gregg H. Age 56 of Lowman, NY. He was born April 29, 1965 in Elmira, the son of Robert C. and Mary (Harris) Mann and passed away Friday, March 11, 2022 unexpectedly. He was predeceased by his father Robert. Gregg is survived by the love of his life, fiancé Millie Corsaro of Lowman; daughter Alyssa Morse of Elmira Heights; mother Mary Mann of Lowman; sister Patricia Meck of SC; nephew Jonathan (Kari) and their son Timothy; his faithful canine companion Matteo. Gregg was a mechanic and plow driver for 15 years for the Town of Elmira and Horseheads through shared services. He enjoyed working with the team of men in the Town of Elmira. They shared many laughs and jokes together. Gregg was an excellent mechanic who could fix anything. He loved working on cars and the garage at his home was more like a very well organized auto repair shop. When he was in high school, he completely rebuilt a 1973 Camaro which he took to car shows. He loved old cars and would see one and knew the year, make and model. He had a dry sense of humor; was very caring and would help anyone with anything, no questions asked. He would bring brightness to people and always made them laugh. Family and friends are invited to a Celebration of Life on Friday, March 18th from 3 to 6 pm at the Hilltop Inn, 171 Jerusalem Hill Rd., Elmira.
