Obituary of Jacqueline M. Allington

Allington, Jacqueline M. Age 86 of Elmira, NY. She was born September 10, 1935 in Elmira, NY, daughter of the late James and Kathryn (Kelleher) Haw and passed away Thursday, June 23, 2022 at Elcor Nursing & Rehabilitation Services. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Leo (Mike) Allington in 1993. She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law James & Sheri, Michael & Heather; grandchildren Samantha, Hunter (Micheala Conklin), Joshua and Cody; great grandson Jaxon all of Elmira. Jackie was a lifelong communicant of Ss. Peter & Paul Church where she was a member of the Parish Life Committee and currently a communicant of St. Mary's Church. She retired from St. Joseph's Hospital after 26 ½ years as a Nurses Aide. She was an honorary member of the Southport Volunteer Fire Department and past president of the Ladies Auxiliary there. Family and friends are invited to her Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday, June 29th at 10 am in St. Mary's Church. Committal prayers and interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park
