Obituary of Dorian C.S. Brooks

Dorian Christopher Smith Brooks Age 39. He was born on July 12,1983 and finished his journey here on earth, on Friday, November 25, 2022. Before ending his journey, he was working for Dominoes in Ithaca NY, where he enjoyed his time there. He was a father to 2 sons and 1 daughter, and a stepfather to one son. He was a husband, a brother-law, a son-in-law, and a friend like no other. His heart was the most beautiful heart. He could make you laugh until you had tears in your eyes. He loved taking road trips with his wife and his friends no matter what time of day or night it was or where to. He was hard as steel, soft as a feather. He loved his electronics, his cars, his food. His love for music was Stack bundles and Jadakiss. He would keep himself busy yet make time for his friends and family at any point in the day. He is survived by his loving wife Jennifer Brooks, their two sons Zaire & Kaihsahn Brooks, his daughter Aleighna Johnson, stepson Jarime Seals, his sister Monique Coaxum (Chyna), mother-in-law Karen White, father-in-law Richard Brooks, sister-in-law Amanda Brooks, brothers-in-law Kenny & Anthony Stanton, stepsisters-in-law Veronica & Emily White, stepbrother-in-law Bobby White, lots of nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was predeceased by his father Dorian Coaxum, his mother Mona Coaxum, grandmother Frances Bryant, stepfather-in-law Bobby White, brother-in-law Shawn Stanton. Family and friends are invited to visit Walter J. Kent Funeral Home, 858 Lake St. at Washington Ave., Elmira on on December 5th from 2 to 4 pm with funeral service following at 4 pm.
