Obituary of Edgar J. Green

Edgar J. Green Jr. Age 79 of Elmira, NY was born September 13, 1943 in Elmira, NY the son of the late Edgar J. and Evelyn Louise (Johnson) Green Sr.; passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 11, 2023 at the Chemung County Nursing Facility where he was a resident. Ed, as he was affectionately known, retired from the United States Post Office after several years of dedicated and faithful service. He will be laid to rest with his parents in the Maple Grove Cemetery on Friday, January 20, 2023 at 11:00 am.
