Obituary of Richard E. Keyser

Richard E. Keyser Age 58 of Elmira, NY. He was born May 4, 1964 in Elmira, son of the late Joseph and Beverly (Jenkins) Keyser and passed away Wednesday, January 18, 2023 unexpectedly at home. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sister Sandy Matthew. Rick is survived by his sister and brother-in-law Connie and Charles Scott of Sebring, FL; brother-in-law Fred Matthews of Elmira along with several nieces, nephews and friends. Rick was well liked and he always took care of his friends. All are invited to his graveside service on Friday, January 27th at 1 pm at Woodlawn Cemetery. Please meet at the Walnut Street gate at 12:45 pm.
