Age 77 formerly of Bragg Towers, Elmira, NY. He was born March 21, 1936 in Shinglehouse, PA, son of the late Ralph and Eunice (Fuller) Babcock and passed away Thursday, November 14, 2013 at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center. At his request, no services will be held. Burial will be in East Sharon Cemetery, E. Sharon, PA.
