Terry Marie Long (Nee Aumick) With saddened hearts we announce the passing of our beloved sister, Terry Marie (Aumick) Long. She is now in the loving arms of our Savior Jesus Christ. Terry was a loving, free spirit that lived her life to the fullest and on her terms. She was born on Monday, December 3, 1956 in Elmira, NY to K. Donald "Bud" and Helen June (Scott) Aumick and passed away Tuesday, June 13, 2023. Terry was predeceased by her husband, Larry Long and first husband, Richard Harpur; her parents; grandparents Gangi and Goga; sister-in-law, Joan Marilyn Aumick; along with her support canine "Rocky." Terry is survived by her only son, Gabe Harpur of Satellite Beach, FL; his children, Madison and AJ; step-children, Debbie Harpur Erickson of Phoenix, AZ; Robert Harpur of Florida; David Harpur of Phoenix, AZ and their children; beloved siblings, Mary (Pidgie) Jim Durand of Anchorage, Alaska; Chuck (Cindy Phillips) Aumick; Joan (Tim) Kastner; Becky (Tom Bement) Rodabaugh and Heather (Cliff) Rodabaugh of Pine City, NY; along with a host of nieces and nephews. Terry was a retired cafeteria supervisor at Holmes Regional Medical Center in Melbourne, FL. She loved to cook, especially for family and friends' gatherings and of course always told many tales from her travels. In retirement she moved back home to the "Brown House" in Pine City, NY where she resided with her sister Joan, brother-in-law Tim and her canine companion "Rocky." Terry loved to crochet afghans for family and loved her arts and all wild life. She leaves behind a legacy of fairy tales and wild flowers, happy memories of life, love and laughter that will truly be missed but remain in all of our hearts to treasure. Services for Terry will be announced at a later date and time.
