David A. "Jug head" Hubbard

Age 55 of Elmira, NY passed away on July 26th, 2023 at Robert Packer Hospital. David was born November 17th 1967 in Ithaca NY to Devon Hubbard and Raymond Hill. David had a passion for food and was a longtime cook. He was predeceased by his father Raymond Hill, close uncle Walter Lee Hubbard and aunts Fannie, Cammie and Lois Hubbard of Ithaca NY. He left behind his mother Devon Hubbard of Elmira NY, Sisters Rachel (Gregg) Hardy of NC, and June Owens of Elmira NY; Brothers Patrick Hubbard of Ithaca NY, Kevin Hill, Gerald Hill and Raymond Hill Jr all of NYC; Uncles Vernon Hubbard of Texas, Warner Hubbard Jr of Ithaca NY, Jackie (Jennifer) Hubbard of Pine City NY; Aunts Cora McNeil of Long Island and Diane Hubbard of Ithaca NY; Children David (Daquona) Hubbard JR of Syracuse NY, Phillip (Lynsey) Tompkins, Quayshaun Hubbard Sr, Dlonte Hubbard, Nadiya Hubbard, and Darius Hubbard all of Elmira NY; Grandchildren Da'Veigh, David III, Daveyon, Trinity, De'Naliyah, Destiny, Georgia-Pearl, Dallas Hubbard of Syracuse NY, Denasia Darrow, Deon Tompkins, Quayshaun Hubbard Jr of Elmira NY, close friends Terrance, Brent, JP, Wille, Allen, Rod, Randy, Spencer, Dante, Jack (Nicole) Wells and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins. David was loved and will truly be missed by all.

Family and friends are invited to Word of Faith COGIC, 356 W. Thurston St., Elmira, NY on Thursday August 3rd from 11:30am to 12:30 pm. His funeral service will begin at 12:30 pm. Committal prayers and interment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery.
