"Billy"
Age 59, of Elmira, New York passed away on July 20, 2023. Billy was born on October 25, 1963 in Roanoke, Virginia, son to Clarence Ray Sr. and Rose Cline. Billy worked driving tractor trailers, in auto mechanics and home construction. He was always a man of his word with a very fun and loving personality. He will be missed by many and never forgotten.
Future services may be held at the convenience of the family.
