Obituary of April M. Michalko

MICHALKO, April M. Age 48 of Port Republic, MD passed away Saturday, November 23, 2013, at home in arms of her husband David and family after a courageous battle with cancer. Her funeral was held on Wednesday, November 27, 2013 in Maryland. She is survived by David and his children Kyle and Emily Michalko at home; her children Meghan, Kelly, and Allen John "A.J." Williams; her parents David Scott and Kathleen Menas Scott; grandmother Rosalie Menas; sister Krista (Kenny) Davis; brother Michael (Kathy) Scott along with many nieces & nephews. Also survived by her mother-in-law Beverly Michalko; sisters-in -law & brothers-in-law Kathy (Robert) Rhode, Tricia (Jeffrey)Lind, Gary Michalko and his son Tyler. It was April's request that in lieu of flowers donations be made to Kyle & Emmy's college fund c/o David Michalko, 4830 Independence Dr., Port Republic, MD 20676.
