Francella Rose (Leonard) Richart was born September 9, 1946 in Waverly, NY the daughter of Earl and Fern (Langdon) Leonard, passed away peacefully at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center on Tuesday, December 12, 2023 at the age of 77. She was preceded in death by her parents, 1 brother, 1 sister and her loving husband. She is survived by her 3 loving children, 6 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, 1 brother, several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins and many friends. Francella held many jobs throughout her life, but took great pride in being a homemaker. Private services for Mrs. Richart will be held at a later date and time.
