Phillip S. Loomis
Age 68 of Horseheads, NY. He was born August 3, 1955 in Elmira, NY, son of the late Cecil and Betty (Middaugh) Loomis and passed away Sunday, April 7, 2024 at home. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother Chuck Loomis. Phil is survived by his brother and sister-in-law Jim & Mary Lou Loomis of Elmira along with a host of family and friends. Interment will take place in Greensprings Natural Cemetery, Newfield, NY at the convenience of the family.
