Age 65, was born August 16, 1958 in Elmira, NY the son of the late Gerald C. and Dawn L. (Butters) Kelley. His sister, Kay Sandra Buchanan also preceded David in death. He is survived by his brothers, Darrin (Angie) Kelley of Massena, NY; Tom (Eva) Kelley of Welch, WV; sister, Nancy Kelley of Elmira, NY; son, David (Ariel) Kelley of Phelps, NY; daughter, Sheila Kelley (Tom) of Waverly, NY; 3 grandchildren; fiancée, care taker and the love of his life, Mary Phelps; best friend, Steve Vedder; along with a host of nieces, nephews and many friends. David was a carpenter and did masonry by trade. He loved the Lord and his family. He also enjoyed playing his guitar and singing with family and friends. David also loved riding his motorcycle. Family and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of David's life at the New Life Church Elmira 325 Lake Street Elmira, NY at a later date and time to be announced. He will be laid to rest with his parents in the Forest Lawn Memorial Park also at a late date and time. Walter J. Kent Funeral Home is assisting the Kelley family.
