Age 50, was born May 5, 1973 in Boston, MA the daughter of Charles and Connie (Seymour) Hamilton. She passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 23, 2024 at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center. Her father, Charles and sister, Charlene Hamilton preceded her in death. Survivors that are left to cherish her memory are her mother, Connie; loving children: Ashly Hamilton, Daquan Hamilton, Larry King, Travonne King, Makaylee (Zane) Tucker and Tyrell King; 12 adored grandchildren; beloved siblings: Robert Seymour, J. R. Hamilton, Catherine Hamilton and Leon (Nicole) Hamilton; along with several nieces, nephews, extended family members and a host of friends. Theresa work in a managerial role with Americare in Elmira and was also a manager at Motel 6 in Horseheads. She especially enjoyed fishing and crafts, and was a huge Harry Potter fan. Family and friends are invited to visit Walter J. Kent Funeral Home, 858 Lake St. at Washington Ave., Elmira on Wednesday, May 15, 2024 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm. Her Celebration of Life will follow the visitation at 4 pm. Walter J. Kent Funeral Home is assisting the Hamilton family.
