Age 61, of Elmira, NY was born May 23, 1963 in Elmira, the daughter of William L. and Harriet (Westbrook) Mathews; went home to be with her Lord on Wednesday, October 16, 2024 at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center with her family by her side. Her father, William; father-in-law, Bruce Francisco; brother, William Mathews Jr.; niece, Tanya J. Hutchings and nephew Ryan John Wandell preceded her in death. Survivors left to cherish her memory are: mother, Harriet; loving husband of 44 years, Edward A. Francisco; beloved daughters, Jackie (Francisco) Carmack; Nicole (Tony) Lamb; adored grandchildren: Mitchell Francisco, Kaylee Lamb, Nicholas Francisco, Peyton Lamb, Victoria Rodriguez, Vanessa Rodriguez, Nathon Francisco, Donnell Rodriguez and Davonn Rodriguez; sisters, Elizabeth (David) Belloma and Alberta (Paul) Wandell; along with many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, friends and her church family. Pam was a loving wife a wonderful mother and helped raise her grandchildren. She was a former Sunday School teacher and bus worker at the former Elmira Christian Center. She had a beautiful smile, a wonderful sense of humor and an infectious laugh. Family and friends are invited to visit Emmanuel Community Church 235 E. Miller Street Elmira, New York on Monday, October 21, 2024. Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. Pam's Celebration of Life will be held there at noon. Pastor Matthew Bedzyk will officiate. Interment and Committal Prayers will follow in the Riverside Cemetery Lowman, NY.
