Obituary of Deborah L. Cowan

Deborah L. Cowan Age 69 of Horseheads, NY. She was born July 7, 1955 in Elmira, NY, daughter of the late Fred and Velma (Roberts) Cowan and passed away Sunday, November 10, 2024 unexpectedly. She is survived by her companion of 40 years, Charles Anderson; sons Christopher Cowan and Zachary (Tasha) Cowan; sisters Karen Riker and Mary Nichols; nephews Jason Riker and Jeffery Riker, Jr.. and her feline companion Ozzy. Deborah was formerly employed with Sam's Club. She enjoyed playing softball and volleyball at Elmwood Ave. Baptist Church; bingo at Elcor with her sister Mary and loved going for walks at Eldridge Park. A Celebration of Life will be held at the convenience of the family.
